Hanna’s passion lies in guiding her clients toward greater self-awareness, compassion, and acceptance, collaborating with them to honor their unique stories and co-create a healing experience that is both empowering and transformative.
Values Statement
Personally and professionally, I am always working towards liberation in micro and macro ways. On the micro level, I think about how we can liberate ourselves from our limiting beliefs, and understand their macro components- the oppressive roots connected to our intergenerational trauma, colonization (whichever side we may fall on), and oppression. I believe that our bodies hold so much knowledge, and the more in tune we can be with our bodies, the more aligned we can be with every dimension of our lives and our ancestry.
